A Visual Glossary of Photographic Techniques

Paris Photo and the City of Paris have partnered to create an online visual glossary of photographic techniques from the Département pour la préservation du patrimoine photographique parisien (D3P). The glossary will offer definitions of both historical and contemporary techniques, along with illustrations of works from the city's photography collections.

New entries will be added to the glossary throughout the year on an ongoing basis.
