Paz Errázuriz is considered one of the most famous photographers of Chile. She uses the portrait in black and white to explore Chilean society, highlighting its raw aspects. A self-taught artist at the beginning of her career, she later studied at the International Center of Photography in New York. Paz Errázuriz co-founded the Association of Independent Photographers (AFI) in Chile and has received numerous awards, including the Ansel Adams 1995 and the PhotoEspaña prize in 2015. She also represented Chile at the 56th Venice Biennale in 2015.
