Louis Vuitton has been celebrating the art of travel since 1854. Its latest invitation to distant shores will be released this autumn in the form of two previously unseen Fashion Eye photograph albums: Indian photographer Bharat Sikka depicts a Rajasthan that is sincere, humble, and flamboyant, imbued with an enigmatic eye and hushed colours for a feel on the fringes of surrealism. In parallel, photographer Julia Hetta fuels the mystery surrounding the passage of time, laying out a Swedish fresco in antiquated colours for a reminiscence as intimate as it is captivating. In the same vein as previous publications, each work shares a vision of a country, region, city, or location as seen through the lens of a fashion photographer.
