The World, You and Me
XMAGE Awards has been one of the world's most influential photography competitions over the past nine years, showcasing the works of Huawei users of all backgrounds and experience levels. This year's competition features eight intriguing categories: So Far So Close, Colour & Shade, Good Night, Faces, A Heartwarming World, Experimental Lab, Storyboard, and Action. Image submissions will be judged on the basis of photographic skill, social impact, emotional resonance, and artistry.
The 2025 XMAGE Awards Ceremony and Exhibition, The World, You and Me, will be held at Paris Photo. This landmark event will showcase the ways in which technology is amplifying human creativity and how it is bringing our world closer together, one heart-rending work at a time.

XMAGE is Huawei's exclusive photography brand and initiative. It crafts powerful visual experiences based on advanced software, device, devices, cloud capabilities, and a distinct aesthetic vision, showcasing the power of image.
The XMAGE Awards is the Huawei platform for smartphone photographic excellence, the window through which we celebrate amazing photos & videos captured on Huawei devices from around the world.
In 2025, an interdisciplinary panel of judges includes not only authoritative photography experts like Pulitzer Prize winners and documentary photographers, but people like visual sociologists and artists as well. This is to ensure a more comprehensive interpretation of humanity, technological innovation, and artistic expression. It will empower mobile photographers to craft and share breathtaking visuals that demonstrate artistry from different perspectives, uniting us all in celebrating the power of image.
