In coordination with Paris Photo Director and the General Coordinator and with the team (ReedUS and Paris Photo)
BUDGET
- Develop event budget for review and approval
- Prepare regular financial forecasts
- For US vendors : Prepare regular reporting with purchases and invoices received/paid
- Provide reporting of Show financial performance (pre-and post-Show)
SALES
- Obtain, analyze, and synthesize data on attendee/audience demographics feedback and ROI metrics
- Recommend actions to gather additional data as needed
- Define which specific value proposition messaging and data best represents the value of the audience and ROI potential in engaging them
- Recommend communication options for exhibitors
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
- Serve as the project manager for all aspects of Paris Photo New York, in coordination with the teams, including thh general installation of the show
- Establish role clarity for all team members in Reed US
- Maintain and share records of all event-related agreements
- Negotiate and execute contracts with independent contractors and external vendors, if needed
- Manage relationships with independent contractors, if needed
- Manage specific events to be held during the show
- Operational support and implementation of the programming of the show
- Liaise with the fair and Education committees to support event planning and develop educational programming
- Schedule meetings, circulate agendas, provide updates, and facilitate discussions
- Supervise and follow-up marketing, and communications collateral, including onsite signage production and printing
