Nadine Wietlisbach has been director of Fotomuseum Winterthur since 2018, where she and her team are developing a programme that focuses on societal questions, photographic phenomena influenced by digitally networked media and the engagement with contemporary image literacy. Wietlibach has curated numerous international exhibition s including solo shows with Rachel de Joode (2017), Adrian Sauer (2018), Anne Collier (2019), Sophie Calle (2019) and Poulomi Basu (2025), as well as thematic exhibitions including Disruptive Perspectives (2017), Because the Night (2019) and Chosen Family – Less Alone Together (2022). Wietlisbach is the editor and author of numerous books and texts and takes part in international juries.

Shirana Shahbazi


Shirana Shahbazi, born in 1974 in Tehran, is an internationally recognized artist who lives and works in Zurich since 1997.

Her work is represented in public collections worldwide, such as Centre Pompidou, Paris; Aargauer Kunsthaus, Aarau; Guggenheim Museum, New York; Kunstmuseum Zürich; MoMA, New York; Tate Modern, London; Sprengel Museum, Hannover. Exhibitions have been presented at international institutions, including the MoMA, New York; Hammer Museum, Los Angeles; Barbican Art Gallery, London and the Venice Biennale.

Together with Manuel Krebs, she has published various artist books and monographs. In 2019 she was awarded the Prix Meret Oppenheim.

Manuel Krebs


Manuel Krebs is a graphic designer, together with Dimitri Bruni he founded NORM. They design books and typefaces. They work with institutions (MoMA, Tate Modern, Pompidou) and artists (Fischli/Weiss, Arthur Jafa).

Together with Shirana Shahbazi, he has published various books and monographs.
