The Organiser has drawn up a set of health measures to be implemented at the trade show. These rules, designed to ensure the public's safety, will be binding on you.

The sanitary measures will be updated and sanitary rules will be established, especially in the event of a health crisis being declared by the French authorities. Please keep up to date with the applicable health measures and comply with the instructions.

ARTICLE 1 – PLACING ORDERS

Access badges can be purchased on the trade show website by following the steps indicated in the order process.

The "Your summary" page enables Customers to check their order before final validation.

When placing an order and before validating it, the Customer declares that they have read and accepted these general terms of sale. Final validation of the order by the Customer implies acceptance without reservations or restrictions of these general terms.

The order will only be final and therefore binding on the organiser after payment has been made online, which will result in an access link being sent to the email address that the Customer indicated when placing the order.

The Organiser will confirm each Customer's order by email. You should therefore check the email address you provided when you placed your order.

If you do not receive confirmation via email, please notify the Organiser by email at helpdesk.[NAME OF THE SHOW]@rxglobal.com or by writing to RX FRANCE - Marketing Department – 52 quai de Dion Bouton 92800 Puteaux – France.

ARTICLE 2 - PRICE

2.1 The prices for access badges are stated in euros, taxes included. All orders, regardless of their origin, must be paid for immediately in euros.

2.2 Different types of rates can be offered for certain events. When these rates are linked to the Customer's situation (age, student, disability, etc.), the Organiser will ask the Customer to justify this at the entrance to the event. If the Customer fails to produce the required proof of eligibility, they will not be able to access the event with the badge purchased and this will be to their sole detriment. In particular, the Organiser will not reimburse the Customer for said badge.

2.3 The Organiser reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Access badges will be charged based on the current rates at the time the order is validated on the Site.

ARTICLE 3 - PAYMENT

In accordance with Article 2.1 hereof, your order implies the obligation to immediately pay the price indicated by credit card (VISA, Carte Bleue, Master Card). Payment shall be made via the online payment platform available on the Site.

In the event of failure to pay or a payment error, or if payment is not made when the order is placed, the purchase will not be definitively validated and the badges will not be issued.

The 3 D Secure (or Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode) authentication payment system may be activated when you pay with your credit card, Visa or MasterCard: your bank verifies your identity at the time of payment. Since the identification process is unique to each bank, you should check with your bank to see which authentication process they use.

RX France is not liable for any charges on credit card transactions caused by exchange rate fluctuations or for other reasons.

In the absence of proof to the contrary, the data recorded by the Organiser constitutes proof of all transactions between the Organiser and its Customers.

ARTICLE 4 - PERSONAL DATA

The personal data provided by the Customer is necessary for the performance, administration, management, and follow-up of the order and for issuing an access badge to the trade show.

The personal data that must be provided is indicated as such in the order. Without this data, the Organiser will not be able to fulfil the Customer's request.

The visitor may be contacted by the Organiser to facilitate the visitor's participation in the Trade Show. This may also include introducing you to some of the trade show visitors.

In the hypotheses that the Customer authorised it, data may also be used for commercial prospecting purposes by RX France and its partners. It shall be kept for a minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 10 years (for accounting data).

In accordance with the European Personal Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 - GDPR and other data protection laws, you have the right to access, object to, delete, request data portability and rectification of your personal data by writing to Privacy Center Webform ( https://privacy.reedexpo.com/fr-fr/privacy- centre.html.).

This data is processed in accordance with the Privacy and Data Protection Policy which is available here: https://privacy.rxglobal.com/fr-fr.html

ARTICLE 5 - GETTING AN ACCESS BADGE

5.1. After immediate payment on the Trade Show Site of the price of the Order, you will receive a link and an email that will enable you to print out your access badges to the Trade Show with a unique bar code; or you will receive confirmation of payment and your badge by post at the address indicated at the time of the Order or you will have to collect it on the first day of the Trade Show, during the opening hours of the event. Each badge is non-transferable.

5.2 The validity of access badges will be checked at the entrance to the trade show using barcode or QR Code readers.

Access badges have a unique barcode or QR Code allowing only one person (or two if applicable) to enter the event in compliance with the type of badge purchased.

It is prohibited to reproduce, duplicate or counterfeit the access badge in any way or to make it available for such purposes.

The Organiser may therefore refuse entry if several prints, reproductions, copies, or imitations of the same printable access badge are in circulation and access to the event has already been granted to the holder of a print, reproduction, copy, or imitation of the corresponding printable access badge.

In the event of loss, theft, or unlawful use of the printable access badge, no duplicate or certificate of any kind whatsoever will be issued to the Customer, other than the initial printable access badge by the Customer.

The Customer is liable for the safekeeping and security of the email containing the link to their badge.

The organiser is not obligated to verify that the person presenting the badge for entry to the event is the person who purchased it, nor is it obligated to verify the authenticity of the print-at-home badge. In such cases, the Customer shall not be entitled to a refund of the price paid.

ARTICLE 6 - TERMS FOR ADMISSION

The Organiser is free to refuse to sell access badges to any individual or legal entity, especially if they

  • have not paid in full for their participation in another trade show held by the Organiser or any other company in its group.
  • have caused disturbance or a nuisance during a previous Trade Show held by the Organiser or any of its group companies or, more generally, have not complied with the rules and regulations applicable to said trade show or the venue hosting the show.

Participants agree to:

  • keep their participation neutral with regard to political, ideological, or religious expression.
  • not cause any nuisance (visual, sound, odour, or of any other nature) to the organisation of the Trade Show, to the Exhibitors, or to the public, whether within the Trade Show venue or in the surrounding area.
  •  Not to undermine the image, tranquillity, safety of the Trade Show, other participants, or the Organiser, or the integrity of the site.

In the event of failure to do so, the Organiser reserves the right to apply disciplinary measures, including denial of access or expulsion. In this case, the participant will not be reimbursed for the amount of the access badge.

ARTICLE 7 – IMAGE RIGHTS AND PRIVACY

By participating in the Show, the Visitor authorizes, free of charge, the Organizer and its partners, to photograph, film and/or record his/her voice and image, to disseminate these photos, videos and/or recordings to third parties and to communicate them worldwide to the public, which may be represented (in particular for live or delayed broadcast), reproduced, without limitation of the number of reproductions, and published, worldwide, for a period of five (5) years, in any format, by any method and process known or unknown to date, in whole or in part, on all tangible or intangible media known or unknown to date, especially the internet (the Organiser's and its partners' websites and social media) and on any other promotional or marketing tool that they may use for informational or promotional purposes.

ARTICLE 8 - CANCELLATION - CHANGING AN ORDER - REFUNDS - USE

8.1 All orders placed online are firm and final and the Customer irrevocably agrees to pay the full price.

Purchased badges cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged, even in the event of loss or theft.

Consequently, no reimbursement of access badges will be made for any reason whatsoever (strikes, transportation network disruptions, failure to attend the trade show, illness, inability of the Customer to access the trade show for any reason whatsoever, etc.), and in particular in the event of partial or total cancellation of an order by the Customer, and no compensation will be paid by the Organiser.

Likewise, the Organiser reserves the right to refuse any request for changes to the badges ordered (name of the badge holder, position, company, etc.).

In this respect, the Customer is invited to carefully check the data entered before validating their order.

8.2 Access badges may not be resold under penalty of prosecution.

Please note that access badges are non-transferable.

Scalping badges is a criminal offence punishable by a fine and imprisonment (Article 446-1 et seq. of the French Penal Code).

Scalping is the act of offering, selling, or displaying goods for sale or exercising any other profession in public places in violation of the regulatory provisions on the policing of these places, without proper authorisation or declaration.

8.3 Cancellation - Postponing the Trade Show

If the trade show is changed, postponed, or cancelled for any reason whatsoever, the Customer may not claim any compensation from the Organiser.

The Customer assumes all risks related to the possibility of the trade show not taking place and in particular the exclusive responsibility for the costs (transport, hotel, etc.) which they have agreed to incur in anticipation of their visit to the trade show.

8.4 In the event that the Trade Show for which you have purchased access badges is cancelled or the date or time is changed, you agree that the Organiser may use the contact details you entered when you purchased online to keep you informed of the next steps.

ARTICLE 9 - LIABILITY - AGREEMENT ON PROOF

9.1 The Organiser declines all liability for errors related to the connection and/or the participant's equipment that may occur while ordering, processing, or printing the badge.

9.2 You accept and acknowledge that the information recorded in the database and in the log files of the online ticketing app constitutes irrefutable proof of the valid and effective placing of the order for access badges by you.

ARTICLE 10 – APPLICABLE LAW – DISPUTES

THE RELATIONS BETWEEN THE ORGANISER AND THE CUSTOMER ARE FULLY AND EXCLUSIVELY GOVERNED BY FRENCH LAW. IN THE EVENT OF A DISPUTE, THE PARIS COMMERCIAL COURT SHALL HAVE SOLE JURISDICTION.
